Rest is what you need, so please take more.
Only you can give this to yourself, and we can not underline just how important this is for you.
Re-evaluate even the small moments and how you spend them.
You will soon see that by engaging in other activities less, you create the time to rest more.
The benefits will soon outweigh the seeming 'sacrifice’
